The MS in Human Capital Analytics and Technology (STEM) program is one of the first master's degrees of its kind in the US and is designed to address the growing demand for highly skilled, people-centric leaders who are proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis and decision-making. May qualify students holding F-1 visas for a STEM OPT extension for 24 months.
