The MS in Human Capital Analytics and Technology (STEM) program is one of the first master's degrees of its kind in the US and is designed to address the growing demand for highly skilled, people-centric leaders who are proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis and decision-making. NYU SPS students learn the methods, technologies, and tools to use data to address real HR issues such as employee engagement and strategic workforce planning. May qualify students holding F-1 visas for a STEM OPT extension for 24 months.
